1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of training services, workshops, events, digital products, and related materials (“Services”) offered through this website. By purchasing or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Bookings and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
For corporate or customised training, a written proposal and invoice will outline specific payment terms.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Public Workshops & Events
- Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the event may receive a refund (less any administrative fees).
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or future session (at our discretion).
Corporate / In-House Training
- Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.
- Fees may apply for rescheduling or cancellation.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of downloadable products are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Changes to Events
We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another session.
5. Intellectual Property
All training materials, resources, workbooks, digital content, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Julie Edwards / MBS Global PD. Materials are provided for personal or organisational use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any technical or participation requirements outlined prior to the workshop or training. We are not responsible for any indirect loss resulting from inability to attend or access Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to provide high-quality, accurate, and practical information, training outcomes depend on individual application. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for communication, administration, and service delivery. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
