People in organisations – Examines individuals, groups, and teams, including roles, responsibilities, motivation, behaviour, values, and expectations.
Organisational culture – Looks at shared beliefs and behaviours, including the visible and invisible elements of culture and their impact on people.
Leadership, power and decision-making – Introduces leadership styles, influence, and how decisions are made within organisations.

Organisational structure – Explores hierarchy, roles, departments, and how formal and informal structures shape the way organisations operate.

Teams, conflict and collaboration – Focuses on team dynamics, common causes of conflict, and practical approaches to working together effectively.
Change in organisations – Introduces why organisations change, how change affects people, and why resistance to change can occur.
Reflection and application – Encourages participants to connect key ideas from the workshop to real organisational experiences and practice.
